A friend of mine had your staff perform annual service on his boat. Bobby and the crew changed the oils and water-pump impellers, and pulled and inspected drives. Bobby called my friend every couple of days and kept him informed of the schedule and work being performed. It was the first time I'd heard of a marine service rep actually calling the client and keeping him informed.
When this friend went down to run and check his boat — he is pretty particular — he didn't find any oily finger prints, loose parts, loose wrenches, empty soda cans, etc. It was perfect! Bobby contacted him afterwards to ensure there were no issues with the run.
